A metaprime example is something that IS an example of itself in a self-referential way. Metaprime examples can be words themselves, or names, or names of things, or things themselves. Metaprime examples can be ideas or objects, abstract or literal, metalanguage or existential. They can be intentional or un. Sometimes they make you laugh, and usually they make you dizzy if you think about them too long!

Just Say NO!
From a friend's FB post
I have this list of “50 best practices for a well planned life” that I’ve been carrying around in my planner since New Year’s. I periodically read over it and remind myself of little things I can do each day to improve my life. One of the 50 that really makes me laugh though, is #8. “Say no to something once a day, just for the practice of saying no.” I read that and then I look over at Max climbing onto a tabletop and think...I probably don’t need any more “practice.” 😂#nononononoNoNoNOOOOO
Thanks, Bridget!
